Use the options menu and text boxes to describe your design. Include as much details as possible – Size, Placement, Colour, Font, Accents. Use the reference charts in the product photos to help you with your description. If you have a photo, drawing or inspiration, you can email it directly to us after placing your order. Include your order number for easy reference.
If your item has a 'Custom Colour' option it means there's too many colours to list. Check the product photos to see a chart of all available colours, then write what colour you would like in the text box.
Once we have received your custom order and confirmed payment. We will make a mock up of your item, and send it to the email you have provided. Make sure the email you give is correct. Once you have received the mock up, you can make changes or give the go ahead. We WILL NOT start making an order until we have the go ahead from you.
